Our top priority is making sure we offer people the products they want. And how do we know what that is? First, we have loads of info from consumer insights and trends reports that tell us what‘s important to people across the country. Second, we have fantastic relationships with our national vendors, and they keep us in the know about what’s popular and what new items are coming to the market. Finally, if you'd like, we can survey your people about what food, drinks and snacks they want. That way we know we’re offering their favorites and including products from local companies.
Always! Healthy choices are built into everything we do, so no one has to sacrifice their wellness habits just because they’re in a hurry. They'll find lots of choices for healthy food, drinks and snacks, all day, every day. We’ll work with you to find the perfect products and balance for your people. Every product we offer is clearly labeled with nutritional information, ingredients, and allergens, so shoppers can make the best decision for themselves.

The time it takes to get up and running varies, depending on the type of program being put in place, and its complexity. Once we’ve agreed on the scope of your project, we’ll put together a plan and timeline. That being said, we always move really, really fast. We’re great at responding to emergencies and have been known to get some locations operating in just a couple of weeks.
From the minute you start working with InReach, you get personalized service. It begins with listening to you and ensuring what your people want and need is in the programs we put in place. Your account manager will keep you up to date with sales measurements and reporting, so you know how things are going. We’ll keep you informed on our progress on performance, KPIs, wellness, new products, etc., and we’ll make any needed adjustments.
We stay on top of what’s going on at your location, and our telemetry software tracks what’s being used or purchased. We don’t ever want anyone to be without the pick-me-up snack or energizing coffee they need to have a good day, so our drivers come as often as you need them to.
Our service doesn’t stop there. We do regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and quality assurance tests for every vending machine, in addition to the routine cleaning and sanitizing that our driver does at every visit. We constantly monitor our machines, so we’re alerted if one stops working correctly. We’ll have a technician out there to diagnose the problem and fix it – usually within 24 hours.
You’ll see a QR code on every piece of equipment for InReach markets, vending and coffee programs. If there’s a malfunction, payment problem or any other concern, shoppers can scan that code and report the issue. Our customer care center is notified, and takes immediate steps to make a repair, issue a refund, and make sure the problem is solved.
We are experts in using the latest and greatest technology in all areas of our operations. Our shoppers really enjoy the self-checkout systems, the smart vending machines that answer questions and the payment simplicity that comes from using contactless payment, a mobile wallet or payroll deductions. We let them know what’s going on through digital ads, coupons, promotions and loyalty programs.
But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. We’re really proud of the things you DON’T notice, and we can thank technology for that. We’ve got this incredible software that makes sure products are always in stock. For example, when you buy a cold drink, it tells us how many are still available in the cooler. If that number is too low, it tells the distribution team to have a driver bring more. It flags when the warehouse inventory gets low, so we can get more from our vendor. It’s a continuous loop to make sure your favorites are always stocked up.
And there’s a lot more tech helps us do too – we use it for scheduling and to determine the most efficient delivery and pickup routes, so our drivers can serve as many people as possible every day. And your account manager has a lot of tools, from space optimization to real-time reporting, to make sure everything is always running at its best.

VENDING
Traditional vending machines simply dispense products when you insert money. Smart vending machines are super high-tech and offer a more interactive experience. At InReach, our smart machines use Artificial Intelligence to help you make your selection. You can talk to it and ask it to show you the newest products, healthy options, chocolatey snacks, or just about anything else. The machine will answer your question by highlighting the food and drinks that are what you’re looking for.
These machines also use touchscreens so you can browse for nutritional and product information and view promotional videos. Of course, payment is high-tech, with mobile and contactless payment. Some have a speed feature where you open the machine with a card swipe, and it knows what you’ve selected and charges you automatically. Our smart machines also use UV-C lights that kill bacteria and viruses to keep everything and everyone safe and clean.
InReach offers the ultimate in secure retail, with a variety of programs to meet your needs. Traditional and smart vending machines provide easy access to fresh food, coffee, hot and cold beverages and packaged snacks, at any time of the day, with a mix of items that are favorites, healthy choices, local products, and new to the market. We also offer the absolute best service, with a dedicated route driver who knows you and your business. We’ve got tools running in the background to ensure everything is always what your people want, that it’s fresh, and it’s in stock.

No one should have to go without a favorite snack or drink, so we make sure items are in stock. Our drivers check on machines on a regular schedule, with the visit frequency determined by a location’s sales volume. BUT – we have special software that tells us when items are running low, so we can replenish them asap.
At the warehouse level, we are firm followers of “First In, First Out,” to ensure that no product goes past its “best by” date, and that expired products don’t get stocked at your location. When we’re onsite, we check every product to make sure it’s still fresh and pull anything that is old. We keep careful records of that, so that if a particular product isn’t selling before it expires, we’ll work with you to find a replacement that people would prefer instead.
First, we bend over backwards to make sure that doesn’t happen. But if one does malfunction, our monitoring system tells us. We’ll send a technician out there to diagnose the problem and fix it – usually within 24 hours.
